Ballyseede Castle is a stunning wedding venue just outside Tralee. I'm a proud Kerryman, born and raised in Listowel, so I know it well.
We started off in Tanya's house, with great craic with the bridesmaids, matching robes and personalised trainers waiting for the evening. Then I met up with Michael and the lads at the castle. One of my favourite shots of the day is the two of them at a window, looking out at the party gathered outside. Michael is watching the crowd, but Tanya has spotted me. Lovely light.
The ceremony was inside the castle, under the chandeliers, full of family and friends.
Afterwards we went out into the gardens. The clipped hedges and the castle walls are made for portraits, and the whole wedding party lined up on the front steps.
The evening had a cake with a little family on top, a giant LOVE sign and, to finish, the castle lit up against the night sky.
