An October wedding with a spaniel in the aisle and a fisherman on the shore.
Ellie and Will's day had a guest of honour: a springer spaniel, who made it down the aisle and very nearly into the signing. The ceremony was relaxed and full of laughs, exactly the way they wanted it.
For portraits we went down to the water. Autumn leaves, a jetty on the lake, and a fisherman who was happy to join in with his rod. You can't plan moments like that, you just have to be ready for them.
The evening had a cake cut with a sword, a few late-night portraits under the lights, and a dance floor full of family and friends.
