Two brides, one sunny July day, and the Shannon at the bottom of the garden.
Aoife and Kiera got ready together, robes on and glasses raised, which set the tone for the whole day. There was no nervous waiting at the top of an aisle here, just two people who couldn't stop grinning at each other.
The ceremony was outside on the terrace, right on the water, with family close enough to reach out and touch. Afterwards we wandered down through the trees to the lake for portraits: a little jetty, a few silhouettes against the water, and a lot of laughing.
Then it was speeches, a quick escape onto the terrace as the sun dropped behind the hills, and a dance floor that didn't empty all night.
