Ashley Park House in Nenagh is one of the best wedding venues in Tipperary. Tucked away in the countryside, yet only 5 minutes outside Nenagh and central to pretty much anywhere in the country.
It is one of my personal favourite places for wedding photography in Tipperary (or maybe all of Ireland!). Let's start with the Boathouse which is just perfect for the wedding ceremony. Also perfect for wedding photography with oodles (technical term) of natural light and sliding glass walls which gives access for loads of special angles.
As if that wasn't enough the grounds are out. Of. This. World! Where else can you enjoy private access to a lake?

A hop, skip, jump & a bunch of candid shots later, and we are in the magical secret gardens of Ahley Park House! Beautifully maintained, these are a wedding photographers dream. Shelter from the sun, rain or any other elements, it is perfect in all weathers.

Then there is the fab marquee dining hall in Ashley Park House, which again is fantastic for wedding photography, so much natural light and again, that attention to detail. Margaret & all the staff go the extra 100 miles for their couples. Lovely, lovely people.

Who won??
Sparkers are great craic at a wedding and add another scene to the wedding photography. At Ashley Park House there is a lovely spot for this just outside the Boat House.
I stole the couple away for a few minutes after the sparkers died down for a quick nighttime wedding photo. Ashley Park House is so perfect for weddings, and so perfect for wedding photography ;-)
